Three great recipes:
These hot and sweet nuggets have become a family favorite:

This is a delicous and simple recipe with authentic lemon flavor:

I added a little sugar to the salad dressing.

Wife wanted Crapplebees for supper. I have no idea why. The food was acceptable, but man, I hate that place.

My fiance and I are s'mores connoisseurs. It's part ridiculous and at the same time Awesome, but we make insane s'mores every few weeks using top shelf ingredients.

Alright, damn it. Now I'm intrigued. What ingredients should I be using to achieve optimum s'more-ness-y-ish-goodness.

Cinnamon grahams and Reese's peanut butter cups aren't top shelf by any means, but both make solid contributions to basic ol' campfire s'mores.

Just like anything else, quality ingredients yield the best taste.

1. Really good chocolate. We've used Trader Joe's dark chocolate, Ghirardelli, etc. Always 70% cacao or higher.

2. Quality marshmallows. Ideally, you would make your own. We have a friend who's a pastry chef who has made us marshmallows before. However, that may be difficult. I've found the below brand, while expense, doesn't have all the additive crap that marshmallows do, they are delicious, and they last a while. We tried a different brand, but the marshmallows became hard and nasty within a week or so after opening.

3. Quality grahams. Again - not using Nabisco here. We use either Trader Joe's graham crackers if we can't make it to the health food store. Otherwise, Annie's organic graham crackers are great.

There's a giant bacon s'more billboard at my train stop that I look at everyday. I don't particularly like marshmellow-y things and I'm beyond over the bacon in everything nonsense, but I'm contemplating making some of them one weekend.

You mean you don't use Godiva? Or another Belgian kind?

Annie's is good. I use a wheat free one cause I have too.

The BBQ threads had me jonesing enough I went and got Branson's best BBQ for dinner for the wife and I. Pit plate for two included ribs, half chicken, sausage, pulled pork, pulled beef, Cole slaw, beans, fries, and rolls. It was enough to fee 3-4 for $30. Sides sucked, but the meat was awesome.

I ate at Panera and with my daughter, each of us had the same broth bowl of chicken, quinoa, lentil with kale and carrots. Wonderful!
