Are you more ADD or OCD?
The extremes of Attention Deficit Disorder or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder can be debilitating, but there are positives if your brain works in moderation one way or the other.
A rough definition is: ADD - Can concentrate in short time-frames on many tasks. The result is no single task done quickly, but several things done efficiently over time. OCD - Focus on a single task until it's done, then move to the next task. Checklist mentality. Done, done, and done. I'll also include the 95%ers. Never completely finish a project, but it works and no one will notice. |
