I did a lot of Yoga back in HS, and as such, ****ing HATED P90X's yoga workout.

I did however thoroughly enjoy the "Stretch X" workout, which i ended up substituting when ever Yoga was scheduled.

Man, their yoga is so ****ing boring... slow and repetitive. If you can get past that by maybe having a hockey game on while you're doing it, I'm sure it's beneficial, but damn.
