The league should make them sell, and the owners should be willing to too. Raw odds suggest in a conference with 16 teams, just the base odds, a team should go to the SB 3.125 in 50 years. To fail that many years in a row clearly shows, as an owner, you just don't have the leadership skills to put the right people in place to get it done.
