Marvel burn out is real
Three episodes of Hawkeye out and no one so much as talking about it in the MCU general discussion, let alone given it it’s own thread.
Personally, I’m enjoying it. Hailee Steinfield’s spunky and can’t leave well enough alone character plays perfectly off of Hawkeye’s more no nonsense personality. So far this has been more in line with what I expected from Falcon and the Winter Soldier. I realize Hawkeye isn’t a big fan favorite; maybe it’s just Renner’s portrayal of him but, I enjoy the character and, at least to this point enjoying the series. |

I’m a big Hawkeye and Renner fan.
I’m just behind. I was super goddamned busy when Loki came out, so I need to watch it and Shang Chi. I don’t know if there is any overlap or not, but I don’t want to risk it. |

There hasn't been any overlap at all in any of the recent stuff as far as I can tell. You'd be safe watching Shang Chi, Loki, Wandavision, and Eternals in whatever order you want to. (I can't speak to What If or Hawkeye, though.)

Well, it's just not that interesting of a concept, at least relative to the other shows. We've already seen his character arc through multiple movies.

I'll watch it when it is all out and at my own pace. I hate the week to week releases.

Yeah, I'm really down to just watching the storylines I care about. Probably the next guardians movie then not sure after.

I've been enjoying it, the car chase/arrow battle was breezy and fun and a highlight for mindless action of recent.
I just haven't had anything to 'goss' about it. You watch it, you enjoy it, you move on. It's not really a meta-narrative or easter egg show. |
