The problem here is that Disney did the animated version of Robin Hood with stupid bears and foxes and shit for one reason: to make it accessible to kids.
Now it's just a ****ing cash grab where the main goal will be trying to CGI realistic fox hair. Stupid ****s. |

Also, I would highly doubt they can get anyone to come close to the amazing voice acting in the original Robin Hood.
A voice actor for Prince John alone made that movie....not to mention his ****ing snake...and a thumb-sucking insecure Lion Prince? They will NEVER be able to pull that off again. |

So Disney remembered that their "Dark Ages" period existed?
I enjoy most of the films from that era. Robin Hood is excellent. A great mix of humor and pathos. The only Disney animated film that requires a remake is the Black Cauldron. |

This was definitely my favorite when I was a kid. Probably won't watch the new one. If I can dig the old one out of disney plus I'll see if my kid will watch that one.
