Ford very well cost us a Super Bowl trip. Niemann was one of many who no showed. I mean, he sucks but he didn't necessarily stick out for his shitty play vs anyone else.

Indeed. He was just like the rest of that defense. Completely overmatched.

Niemann shouldn't be on an NFL roster, except for maybe ST or practice squad, let alone starting in the SB. Dude is the epitome of a JAG.

WTH is Spags excuse for this game? Besides the first two drives they were completely dominated the whole game and Spags didn’t have a answer. No pressure and guys running wide open. Reviving a washed up Gronk in the process. Its like once they knew our offense wasn’t going to be able to bail them out they waved the white flag!

Niemann was out of position nearly every play. He has to go. This offseason has to be OL, LB, WR and nothing else.

He is the JAGiest JAG of all JAG’s. He should be jettisoned to the Moon.

You guys use Niemann as an excuse? He played decent if you rewatch the game, as did all the Defense. TB disguised some of their RB routes by delaying them, The RB would step like they were blocking, the LB, Niemann, Wilson, Sorenson when he was walked up, would then drop to their zone and the RB would then sneak out. It was good play calling by TB. However, we only gave up 340 yards, with our O not being able to stay on the field in the first half and a punter that looked like he was playing in HS giving them excellent field position, and refs extending drives...

Should Niemann be starting, NO, should he be on this team for his minimum salary, absolutely, he is an acceptable 2nd string option and very good at special teams, he's a guy you need when you are paying big contracts elsewhere.
