Nah.

He's not expendable to make room for a guy like Wentz, who I loved, BTW, let alone, Mahomes.

Mahomes ceiling is higher than Wentz but his floor is WAY lower.

That's not the move.

If you could recoop the pick you gave up for Mahomes, you'd have to do it.

There's no chance in hell the dolphins would do that with smiths price tag contractually I doubt

Mahomes isn't ready but andy could hide him for a while til he was. But in the end it doesn't matter so we're kind of blowing smoke here

True...that's why even if the Dolphins offered a 1st I'd have to really think about it.

Nope.

This team, as it stands, is built for the AFC Championship Game.

There is no way Clark approves that move.

None.

For a first round pick I wouldn't think about it for a second. It'd be done

Why?

For an unknown college player?

You're going to risk the playoffs and an AFC Championship for that guy?

Which guy, again?

If they really felt that way, I don't think they'd have traded up for the future qb. They'd have gone for the win now ILB or something I'd think.

I would think they feel they're a good team but for a first round pick, they'd do it
