Meet John Sherman and his wife after the game. Obviously everyone can have their own opinion but based on one 5 minute interaction, they were very friendly and nice people. He posed for a picture with our group and she offered to take it.

Yeah, the crowd has been good the past couple of nights, but still not showing up like they did in those years. About 24k last night, and 22k tonight. Gotta think they'll start getting into the 30k's by June if they keep winning, right? At least on the weekends?

We're looking forward to our first visit to the K since we moved to Texas in July of 2017. Most thankful that we were still Kansas Citians--and season ticket holders--for the 2014 and 2015 World Series runs.

Can't wait to be back for Patrick Mahomes Bobblehead Night, and a Friday night date with the Cubs in late July!

I hope so. But I do know this, if they are playing meaningful games in September, that place will be full.

I hear ya…. But they’re playing meaningful baseball now! I sure hope it doesn’t take until September for the crowds to start showing up! Hahaha, but if that’s what it takes, sign me up, because that hopefully means we’re going to the playoffs. I know if I lived in the KC area, I’d be going just about every weekend. Tons of promotions and they’re playing winning baseball. Plus, with this pitching staff, they pretty much have a shot every day. It’s amazing what a legit rotation can do to turn around a club.

I’m definitely psyched to be going in two weeks for the Padres series.

Dude, totally agree! It’s not really about how many were there. The entire place just felt absolutely electric. Definitely felt like 14/15. James Shields said that there are no fans like KC fans. If the Royals and Chiefs put together a good team, KC fans show up and show out! Excited to see how this season plays out!
