ESPN's best fit for remaining FAs:

"Hopkins was released by the Cardinals last week after the team couldn't find a trade partner. It wasn't because he couldn't play, though -- the 30-year-old was scheduled to count $30.75 million against Arizona's cap. He is still a detailed and savvy route runner, and he has great ball skills. He can create matchup advantages in scoring position. In nine games last season -- only five of those came with quarterback Kyler Murray on the field -- he caught 64 passes for 717 yards.

There will be multiple teams with interest in Hopkins. The Bills fit here. The Jets, Patriots and Cowboys, too. Maybe even the Browns. With the Chiefs and coach Andy Reid, however, he could be used as a boundary target for Patrick Mahomes or work inside on leveled concepts to attack schemed voids in the coverage. Hopkins would join a title contender and upgrade the league's best pass game."

Of the teams listed in this article, we now know that the Bills, Jets, and Cowboys are out. Only the Patriots, Browns, [Houston], and our Chiefs remain interested.

Who would you choose? It's a done deal.

Interesting that the Bills are now viewed as out of this race as they are the only realistic other option for Hopkins if ring chasing is a bigger priority than short term money haul.

If Juju put up 78 REC for 933 YDS, & 3 TDs @ 12 YDS AVG, and Hopkins caught 64 REC for 717 YDS, 2 TDS @ 11.2 YDS Avg with a bag of dicks throwing to him...what would he accomplish in this offense?

Also, his PED suspension might cause him not to get in. Even Dhop is concerned about this and he talked about it last year:

In an interview with Bob McManaman of the Arizona Republic, Hopkins spoke about his fear that the suspension, and the stigma that comes with it, might prevent him from entry into the Hall of Fame. He denies taking performance-enhancing drugs, saying he'd take "as many lie-detector tests from whoever in this world" to prove it.

"I know my conscious and I know who I am," Hopkins said. "But obviously, (the fear of not being considered for the Hall of Fame) that's in the back of my mind because I feel like I've put so much into this craft that I want to get one day what I'm deserving I feel like."

Enshrinement in Canton is still the goal for Hopkins, who said he plans to keep playing until his numbers prove he's worthy.

He's produced 1,100-1,600 YDS, 7 out of 11 yrs he's been in the league but his target #'s are insane! In 2016 he had the exact same # of targets as JuJu did last year and produced 954 YDS, 4 TDS @ 12.2 YDS Avg but that was awhile ago. So maybe not as much an upgrade as we might think? He's only scored 10+ TDs in 3 out of 11 seasons. I doubt Hopkins will see 127-176 targets in KC like he did each of the years he produced over 1,100 YDS, Travis only had 110 REC last year.

My most realistic guess is approximately 88 REC 1,069 YDS, 6 TDS @ 12.15 YDS Avg + a Super Bowl Ring!
