Draft picks are vital to success. Most of our team was built upon draft steals after the first rd.
They still have meaning but it makes an enormous difference if you can get L’Jarius Sneed’s, Tyreek Hill’s, Travis Kelce’s and Chris Jones’ after the first rd. |

For reference, I would call Chiefs 2008 draft amazing. And we only hit on 4 of 12 picks.
