*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

That pass bodes really well for the postseason.

That's the kind of throw you have to make to win playoff games.

Sometimes there just ISN'T a window down in the red zone to fit the ball into and you have to create a window with the throw.

He'd have to unroll Elway's cock from the back of his throat to even attempt that.

That play really reminds me of the Patriots playoff game a few years ago. I swear to God it was the same playcall and it happened multiple times. Alex overthrew both of them in the end zone.

That's the sort of thing I used to rag on Smith about, but Mahomes actually has the balls and the pistol to work something in there that only Kelce'd have a shot at.

Alex would have triple-clutched, bailed early from a clean pocket then thrown it away.

He'd have dumped off to Hunt.

And frankly, he should have. Alex Smith has no business attempting that pass.

I mean **** me, I can't wrap my brain around how good this dude is. He makes 2 or 3 plays a game where you just laugh at how good they are.

He's had more spectacular days than he had yesterday but I think yesterday was his best game of the season. He was in absolute control of everything. He made throwing for nearly 400 yards and 3 scores against a team that had the #1 QB Rating against in the NFL coming into that game look easy. He never looked strained, never looked rattled. On the road with a patchwork interior line and the dude could've been playing flag football with his buddies for all we knew.

Truly an insane game.

TJ Carpenter has a job talking about sports for a living. Fescoe probably gets paid in coupons but that's still some form of compensation for his verbal diarrhea.

Seriously - being stupid isn't an impediment to job in the sports entertainment field. In fact, I believe it's probably a selling point.

Carpenter has to be trolling at this point, just to rile up KC fans right? I mean, I get what he was saying earlier, but doubling down at this point is just weird.
