*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Absolutely. He has a goal he is driven and he is coming after Alex Smith job. Now it's going be up to Alex Smith staying in the game healthy and being able to keep the Chiefs afloat for the playoffs that is going be what Alex Smith has to do to keep his job.

Patrick Mahomes II is full of confidence and he wont be shaken of that.

With a guy like Hill I wish we could get a complimentary vintage D-Bowe type player on the other side. Mahomes being able to throw those fades is a DREAM for Kelce and Bowe-like players who can actually use their size/mismatches. I rarely see end zone fades from Smith, i think Maclin saving his ass was the last I recall.

I thought for sure that Bray was a solid #2 on this team going into the season but by reports out of camp so far Mahomes may very well be the #2 before to long. I don't think there is any chance Mahomes takes Smith's job without injury unless the Chiefs play themselves into a big hole.

Bray was never a solid #2. Morning after Taco Bell #2. MAYbe.

Mahome's starts as #2. He was always going to.

Seth Keyser said his tape comparison of Chris Conley led him to believe that his ceiling is Dwayne Bowe so maybe we already have him.

He had a live arm, but hasn't got any better. They need to move on from Bray.
