They're going to have a New Warriors series, too, with Squirrel Girl. Some talk about crossovers.
They've had some decent shows over the years, both as Freeform, and back when they were ABC Family. |

IMHO this should have been a netlflix show.
They have a very dark (drug addicted) history and it's that abuse of drugs that leads them to their origin. I really love the characters and ****ing hate Marvel has all but forgotten them. Them being pushed on a C list network doesn't bode well... |

Keep forgetting to post about this...
Cloak and Dagger is really good. It's dark and serious and not at all what I expected on freeform. There was drug use and murder in the first five minutes of the pilot. There's adult themes (and language) all over the place. It's way, way closer to the Netflix shows, both in terms of maturity and production, than I expected to see on the former abc family channel. It's most definitely worth a watch. |
