Prime time

Im wondering what the record is for number of prime time games is? The Chiefs are easily the biggest draw in the NFL. So how many prime time games do we get this year? And do we play on Thanksgiving? Why the **** do we have to play in shitty Mexico?

Most this year was 5 or did we have 6 since we had one flexed? Did we lose any prime time games? I guess I could look it up.

Shooting one off to anybody other than Kelce or Tyreek reduces the completion percentage. A QB naturally gravitates toward the guys he believes will make the catch.

I agree that Mahomes often foregoes the checkdown for the deep shot and that has hurt us a number of times. At this point, I assume that will be corrected with experience. It will also cut down on the number of hits he's taking.

I mean he can still do that, but on 4th and 9 with time left just take the easy 1st down with decent yardage gained and clocked stop. And then do the miracle shit on 1st,2nd, or 3rd down.

The change we're discussing would be a change for the better. We're not talking about altering his mentality, his competitiveness, or his ability to make big plays.

He's taking far too many hits and the short game will open up the deep game.

I surmise that a better Mahomes is what everybody would like to see.

Only 3 teams are allowed to have 6 primetime games. Max is more realistically 5. Since they'll want to keep that extra game for flexing.

Mahomes has room to improve. Doesn’t always need to go for big plays, because they often aren’t there. Knowing when to throw long, and when to check down, and knowing it earlier, will allow Mahomes to take the next step from MVP to unquestioned best QB in the NFL

Mahomes would be the first person to tell you he still needs to improve. That man is not satisfied
