Josh Rosen is very pissed off

Spoken like a spoiled whining baby. I bet this is the first time this kid has ever experienced adversity in his entire life.

This kid is a bitch

Douchebag? Maybe... people who know him personally are probably just as much or more mixed compared to the mixed perceptions of him on CP. Depends on who you ask, I guess.

But the dude seems to have the “tude” and the capacity to be a good QB. I think so.

If he were a less-hyped athlete, this interview probably wouldn’t have gained any steam...there are likely a thousand + draftees who have given similar interviews, but you’ll never know it because they didn’t have the hype (or the QB position, which gets more attention).

I dunno, dude...

The "millennial stereotype" is unusual for a QB. Most QBs have to put in the work and their sense of entitlement is smoked out ASAP. Some are so physically gifted (like Big Ben) to get away with not putting in the work. Rosen won't be one of those guys. He'll have to work for it. All the smoke you hear... it's not that Rosen doesn't work hard or care about football. But it sounds like you have to really motivate him to love it. Sound familiar? Deshonne Kizer. Jimmy Clausen. Johnny Manziel. These guys seem to have smoke around the same scouting report on attitude.

I appreciate his attitude. Reminds me of Aaron Rodgers. I think he'll do well in Arizona.

He should be glad he isn't playing for Haley.

Those two would have flamed out early...

Rosen seems to be a bunch of words and bluster

Mahomes seems to just be extremely confident. Doesn't have to shout it from the rooftops. It's natural for him

Notice the difference in responses from Aaron Rodgers vs Rosen's response.

Both were pissed but handled their anger differently.

Rodgers kept his mouth shut and made his opponents pay with his hard work and play on the field. The mature way to handle adversity.

Rosen just reassured the teams that passed on him why they did not take him when he "popped off" in that tweet and interview right after being picked. The immature stupid way to handle adversity.

The right answer for Rosen?

"The opportunity to play in the NFL and actually be taken in the 1st rd is a huge honor and privelage and I can't wait to get to work and help make the Cardinals a championship team."

He will be the classic "Cutler/Rob Johnson finger pointer" when manure hits the fan and why he will not be successful.

Rosen fell for a reason.

He'll be arguing about the offense by week 8...

Cards got the best QB in the draft and didn't have to give up a lot to get him. As far as Rosen's attitude, I see nothing that suggests he won't be an excellent NFL QB, especially now that he is motivated to prove the teams that passed on him wrong.

NFCW now has Goff, Garopollo(sp?), Rosen and Wilson, all relatively young except for Wilson who is in the prime of his career.

I'm very comfortable with who we have over the options this year...
