Mock (8/5)

It's been a while, so I'm going to take some gigantic leaps here.

1. The Chiefs lose Super Bowl LIV to the Philadelphia Eagles. GM Brett Veach and HC Andy Reid are retained.

4. The Chiefs cut: WR Sammie Watkins, ILB Anthony Hitchens, S Daniel Sorensen, P Dustin Colquitt

5. The Chiefs trade DE Breeland Speaks to your mother's 2nd favorite team for a 5th round pick.

6. The Chiefs re-sign to minimal deals: FB Anthony Sherman, WR Demarcus Robinson, WR Marcus Kemp, C Jimmy Murray, DT Xavier Williams, OLB Darren Lee

8. The Chiefs let walk: QB Chad Henne, RB Carlos Hyde, TE Deon Yelder, DE Emmanuel Ogbah, OLB Jeremiah Attaochu, CB Kendall Fuller

1. CB Jaylon Johnson, Utah
2. OLB Willie Gay Jr., Mississippi State
3. ILB Kenneth Murray, Oklahoma
4. WR Kendrick Rogers, Texas A&M

Ah. Didn't see it.

I brought it up because like you mentioned, you projected the Chiefs to lose in the playoffs in EVERY SINGLE one of your mocks last year. So I've just never seen one where we win the Super Bowl.

Still love your mocks. You releasing them throughout the year gets me to take greater notice of the complete college football landscape when I do happen to tune in for a game. At this point, however, that's about all the feedback I can offer. I don't know enough about these players to say one way or the other if that would be a good fit for us next offseason.

You do understand that the NFL actually announced that's not happening.

So...? You're surprised I didn't project something that's not going to happen?

Seriously, what kind of feedback is this.
