Last month my ex father-in-law was driving to work and suffered a massive heart attack, his heart pretty much exploded. He had just turned out of his driveway and it hit, his car rolled off the road and stopped against a tree. Still had the cigarette in his mouth when the EMTs arrived. Crazy shit

Had a nice chat with him. Will go home Tuesday if all remains well. He had a totally blocked artery and has a stint and feeling pretty good considering.
