And like that.....sports are gone.

So weird. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong or whatever. It’s just surreal. In a 24 hour time period, all sports have disappeared. Sure, it’s temporary, but you couldn’t find a live sporting event to watch to save your life at this point. Hell, my town cancelled little league and I’d be shocked if the city softball league I play in has games tomorrow. Stay safe everyone, and hopefully we can get back to normal sooner rather than later.

Not a basketball guy, but sad the NCAA Wrestling championship is called off.

Wonder if the situation will touch the Olympics this summer.

They need to at least come back in the regular season long enough for the Pelicans to steal the 8th seed. Then they can cancel the regular season & go straight to the playoffs

Would be a shame to see the playoffs without the rookie of the year involved, though. Or were you assuming the Grizzlies move up above the 8 seed?

Nah we'll just continue to get ESPN's usual TMZ-style coverage but minus the games. They'll keep us up to date on what the players are wearing and who is dating who.

“It’s times like these when we are reminded of the things that are truly important in life,” wrote the father of three. “Our health, our loved ones and looking after those that need support in our communities. In these moments, sport takes a back seat. We must all listen to expert advice and do the right thing. Stay safe and look out for yourselves and your families.”

The obvious solution: the Lingerie Football League needs to replace their field with a giant pool of Purell.
