Marvel's "Ant-Man"

Can't find a thread and the new useless Google search function sucks donkey balls.

Just watched it in IMAX. I enjoyed it. Good origin story, had humor, human interest, decent action, decent effects, left it open to bring him right into the new movie canon. Wasn't stupid or silly as I feared. It won't make a ton of money but will be on par with some of the "Captain America" and "Thor" box office takes.

Highly recommended.
while I love all of these movies, Guardians is the best of this lot.
there aren't many movies I watch multiple times. some....like Unforgiven...but not many.
I've seen Guardians at least 6 times now. I'll stop on it every time I come across it. just love the damn thing.

It was enjoyable, although I don't like Michael Douglas and the humor was kind of off for me.

The action sequences were really great when he started switching between big and small.

Guardians was indeed awesome. I'm not only looking forward to Vol. 2 but the animated series on Disney XD this Fall.

I'll definitely be setting the DVR to record the animated series. It looks pretty good.

Fun movie. Not in the same league as most of the other Marvel films, but fun for sure. It's like someone studied other Marvel movies, picked them apart, changed the names and places and tried to make one on their own with a big budget. Very cliched and derivative, but mostly well done and worth a watch. Paul Rudd was great and Michael Pena really good in spite of some weird direction.

I laughed at the villain speech..

"Ladies and Gents, may I present to you.. The Yellow Jacket!"

"The end of war as we know it"....

"An all purpose weapon of war...."

Good movie, though it didn't keep me as interested as most of the other Marvel movies have done.
