5 Questions with the Enemy

Humorous take by MacGregor Wells of Gang Green Nation predicting tomorrow's tilt between the Chiefs and the Jets:

Excerpt:
1) Are the Jets as bad as everyone says?

Quote:
In a word, yes. The Jets aren’t just bad; they are historically bad. They are the worst team in the NFL, and it isn’t particularly close. While they are probably not the worst team in NFL history, there is a good argument to be made that outside of the expansion Tampa Bay Buccaneers of 1976, the Jets are the worst team since the merger of the NFL with the AFL. The Jets literally have maybe six starters (Quinnen Williams, Marcus Maye, Avery Williamson, Brian Poole, Mekhi Becton, Jamison Crowder) that would have any chance of starting on an average NFL team. This is literally an expansion team-level football team, and in fact, most of the post-merger expansion teams were better than these Jets. It’s that bad.

These poor saps won't even have their starting receivers tomorrow

That franchise is a MESS, Trevor Lawrence better pull an Elway/Manning and refuse to go there when they draft him

Champions don't play down to the competition except against the Raiders.

What would you do if you were Eric Bienemy when they come knocking on his door? If it were me, I would say thanks but no thanks I'm sticking with Pat!

I am fairly certain they will end up with TL but there is just way too much work that needs to be done there to be successful.

I'd say get me a GM that I mesh with, draft Lawrence, and run with it like I stole it... sticking around here "pads his stats" for sure, but I'd bet he's itching to run his own show
