Let's talk about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Super Bowl Edition)

Second straight Super Bowl win incoming.

Time to send old man Brady out to pasture.

This is going to be the highest rated super bowl ever, right?

It's crazy to think how rare it is to have an elite qb matchup like this. What's the best we've had in a few decades? brees vs Peyton? Maybe Russell vs Brady. For so many years these qb matchups were occurring in the early rounds. This year it happens in the super bowl. How ****ing cool is that? For as good a game as it was last year, the NFL had to have secretly resented how boring the 49ers are.

I think the Chiefs score 3 TD's and 2 FGs. TB has 2 TD's and 3 FGs. Chiefs win 27 - 23.

Exactly.

They'll figure something out. It might not be ideal but whatever they put out there will be better than what Fisher did in that game - he was obviously hurting.

If the Bucs win- Brady will secure his spot as the Goat.

With a Chiefs win- Mahomes has a chance to take over as the Goat with more SB wins and this win over Brady.

I expect more play action plays against TB front.

They torched Buffalo with PA. Mahomes was 14-14 for 208 yards and 2TD's on PA - all season highs. The 14-14 tied an NFL record.

All you need to know LOL!

Gut-reaction predictions
Our experts lean with the Chiefs in early picks 10-2.

Matt Bowen, NFL analyst: Chiefs. Their explosive-play ability on offense will create matchup issues for the Tampa Bay defense.

Mike Clay, fantasy writer: Buccaneers. It feels gross picking against Mahomes, but the Buccaneers have been red-hot over the past two months and -- records aside -- arguably have the overall better body of work this season.

Jeremy Fowler, national NFL writer: Chiefs. They have an answer for everything you do on defense -- blitz, try to stop the run, switch up coverages -- and they are wide awake after appearing bored for much of the regular season.

Peyton's Places

Through conversations with former players, coaches and key figures, Peyton Manning gets to the heart of football history and its cultural impact. Watch on ESPN+

Dan Graziano, national NFL writer: Chiefs. Reid is money with two weeks to plan, and the Bucs' defense has been living off turnovers all month.

Jenna Laine, Buccaneers reporter: Buccaneers. They've won seven in a row to get here, and, assuming they'll have both starting safeties Antoine Winfield Jr. and Jordan Whitehead back, they'll be at full strength defensively.

Jason Reid, The Undefeated writer: Chiefs. Reason: Mahomes. Any questions?

Kevin Seifert, national NFL writer: Chiefs. It's time for Mahomes to take the championship torch from Brady.

Mike Tannenbaum, NFL analyst: Chiefs. They are 44-11 over the past three years, best in the league. There's too much talent on K.C.'s side.

Adam Teicher, Chiefs reporter: Chiefs. If they play as well as they did against the Bills, it's going to be nearly impossible for the Bucs to beat them.

Seth Walder, analytics writer: Chiefs. While the Bucs scuffle around with 3-yard Leonard Fournette runs on first down, Mahomes and the Chiefs will pass their way to an early lead they won't surrender.

Seth Wickersham, senior writer: Chiefs. I hate to underestimate Brady again, but the Chiefs are just too good.

Field Yates, NFL analyst: Chiefs. The explosive offensive attack simply cannot be stopped.

Mike Clay is a dumbass. What a hot streak that started 2 months ago WITH A LOSS TO THE CHIEFS.

And Jenna Laine selectively picks a 7-game win streak since that 8th game is, once again THE CHIEFS.

So ****ing dumb.

Same for Bills before last game, right?

So Chiefs have how long of a streak in games that matter? TWELVE.

Oh and they beat how many teams in that run with more than 10 wins?

7. Yep, 7-0 against 10 win or greater teams.

Tampa beat 3. Two of them in the playoffs. 3-4 overall.

Not all wins are the same. Same goes for losses in meaningless games.

Can TB win? Yep. But their logic strikes of LAZY ass reporting. Have to have a better take for why than that. Probably know this already, but it is shocking how clueless sports broadcasters are.

Yep.

Sounds EXACTLY like the Bills stuff last week.
