****2018-2019 Official NBA Regular season thread****

Didn't see anybody starting this thread so I guess I will.

Anti climatic season starts tonight and my prediction is GS vs Boston in the NBA Finals.

First 2 Games tonight on TNT with Philly vs Boston and OKC vs GS. Westbrook is out tonight so that game will be a blowout most likely.

I would have taken the 4 1sts in a heartbeat. However, I do like Covington and Saric a lot. At first, I thought Minnesota won the trade because Bob is such a good 3 and D guy. But, IF Butler resigns with Sixers AND IF Butler stays healthy, it's a good deal for Philly.

That was just a rumor and I doubt Morey would offer that for a potential 1 year rental.

Smartest move they've done all year. He's done. Washed up. He is a volume scorer who doesn't make your team better - quite frankly he never really made his team better except during 2-4 years at his peak.

He is not even an average scorer any more. The sad or funny thing is he thinks he should be a starter. I can’t see any team picking him up

Four firsts from the Rockets? None of them unprotected?

I’d rather have this deal

So the Wolves basically traded Kris Dunn, Zach Lavine, Lauri Markkanen for Robert Covington, Dario Saric, Jeryd Bayless and two seconds?

hahahahahhahaha.

Cavs are 2-12 this year without the GOAT (who just passed Wilt in scoring and will pass MJ before the season is over). It seems he was carrying basically the worst team in the NBA to the finals last year, which we already knew. How he doesn't win MVP every year is anybody's guess.

Let’s not act like Kris Dunn is great. He’s not.

Lavine is a nice player who still hasn’t learned how to not also be a huge liability on the court.

Markkanen really hurts, though

Being the GOAT isn't about getting to the finals it's about winning rings

Worst supporting cast LeBron has ever had (Javale McGee is the #2 followed by Lonzo Ball) and he's still doing this. Remarkable.

Javale McGee has been playing out of his damn mind. IM shocked this was the clumsy ass dude iw as used of see'ing. Lonzo has been hit or miss, but he's rounding out slowly, but he has actual defense. BI has some good games where he shows he can be a dmaned good player, but other games, maybe not so much, but he's still super young as well.

I dont think the supporting cast is all that damned bad. I think the Cav's of the last few years were worse. Once Chandler joined the team, they completely changed.
