Week 4: Let's talk about the Lions

I don't know a Lions player from Jack Shit. (Except Stafford)

How does this one play out?

Blessing in disguise that we almost shit the bed today. We shouldn’t look past anyone. Time for a statement.

I was shocked to see the Lions win today. The people of Detroit need something to root for. Just not next Sunday. Everything else being equal, I don't see their offense keeping up with the Chiefs' offense.

Lions are better than people think, and their defense is good.

Chiefs will roll over them by two scores.

I’m old enough to remember when Stafford was Mahomes before Mahomes.

I believe this is Mahomes' first indoor pro game that actually counts.

Week 17 (2017 outdoors at Denver)
All of 2018 season was outdoors
First 3 games of 2019 all outdoors

Hopefully this is good for his ankle as well after a week on the dirt and a week in the rain.

they do look a lot better this season but Stafford isn't gonna keep them in the game against Mahomes.

Lions are the Patriots of the North with Matt Patricia as their HC.
They have Stafford, Amendola Jesse James, TJ Hockenson and Kerryon Johnson on offense.
Their defense has Trey Flowers, A'Shawn Robinson, and Darius Slay on defense.
Familiar name in Matt Prater as their Kicker.
It is our first NFC opponent of the season.
Should be an easyish win for us. Patricia will play us similar to how NE has played us in years past. They are no where as good as the Patriots though.
