Why you should never pay big $$$ for a RB, Exhibit A today.

The Chiefs with a banged up McCoy (who they signed right before the season) and then Darrel Williams + Darwin Thompson ran for about 140 rushing yards against a Ravens defense that entered the game with the #1 run defense.

Yep you're better spending the money on good linemen. Schwartz and the Doc were opening some nice lanes today. Not to say to just go in there with scrubs at RB. It's always nice to get a good veteran like McCoy without breaking the bank. With the 2 Darrells, McCoy, and Thompson I love this RB corps.

Earl Thomas and other Ravens apparently talking a big game still, saying how they’ll see us again, they were a play away, yada yada....

And odds are you’ll have to contend with Tyreek, Fisher, and Williams then. So what the **** are ya so excited about.

They were two extremely lucky Hail Mary throws by Lamar from getting blown the heck out.

Two extremely poorly defended lucky plays (yes, even if the first should have been an OPI, Fuller didn't play it real well...). I hope our DBs are suitably embarrassed by them.

They're just road kill in the rear view mirror. They probably should start thinking about the Browns or something.

Not as good as hyped. But that Baltimore team is still a dangerous team.
Speak for yourself, because as a Chiefs fan I'll never take his abilities for granted.

Only for a Barry Sanders type who can consistently make something out of nothing. Even then, probably not, when you consider the contract that Mahomes has coming.
