I will catsup in one post, been a bit busy.
Friday was chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and green beans. Last night was roast beef, onion and green pepper sammich. Tonight was orange and ginger chicken thighs, whole grain brown rice and green beans (from the bag and tuff as hell). . |
