Not a lot of difference. Most differentiate on whether or not you use an egg wash in the dredge process or just pat the bread crumbs on.
Some say that piccata has more capers than francese, but that seems more an individual recipe variation than a rule. I like capers in francese. |

I went to a Filipino party on Friday. They had 10 different homemade dishes they made plus numerous deserts. It was so ****ing incredible. Never tasted things like that in my life, one being a pork blood dish. It was ****ing delicious.
I would treat your wife like the Goddess she is and will make sure she never leaves the kitchen while she's here. |
