I wouldn’t fire my head coach mid season like that. No point
Ride it out and do it later |

[QUOTE=TEX;13798561 The best part is some fans are putting their hope in Swag. I cant wait till they start that clown. But in all honesty, that's exactly what they should do. [/QUOTE]
And they won't. Teams NEVER do that. And the fans fail to understand that if the backup had shown ANY starting talent in camp, then he wouldn't be the backup. So they'll roll with their Keesum/Smith all the way to the bitter, bitter end. |

Elway won't fire him midseason because the season's going to be a disaster and he knows that his coaches will take the brunt of the blame. He can wait until the offseason and put off the public awareness of his own incompetence for nearly another year.

Unless kubiak is gonna do it, there’s no reason having someone else do double duty

It is what it is ... if they're smart, they'd just move on from Vance. Hell, it's not like him being there or leaving is truly going to derail the team's momentum.
If they could find a home for DT, they should trade him and let Sutton step in... won't happen though, too much cap to move. Just need a WR needy team. |

They went all in, under the lights for prime time home game against a division rival with a young phenom QB. They threw everything they could at him - and they still lost. It broke them. We'll never see that same type of intensity out of them again this season. They are D-O-N-E.

John Elway
It’s been said that Denver’s legend has no Plan B. Never has that been more true since Peyton Manning retired. It’s clear at this point that Elway has no clue what he’s doing. And his franchise just shamed itself by being annihilated by a bad team that has a franchise quarterback. Whoops. https://www.milehighreport.com/2018/...-losers-week-5 |
