KC
33. Jalen Mayfield OT Michigan trade icon KC high upside offensive tackle. 64. Rashad Weaver EDGE Pitt KC This kid looks like a real solid LDE 99. Amari Rodgers WR Clemson trade icon KC almost stocky in build, 6-0, 220 lbs. your Watkins replacement. 101. Hunter Long TE Boston College trade icon KC Your #2 TE 130. Bobby Brown DT Texas A&M KC Big boy in the middle 134. Drake Jackson OC Kentucky trade icon KC interior line help 224. Bryan Mills CB NC Central intriguing small school kid. he's 6-1, and fast although not accurately timed that I see. He's got the Spags prototype length. I took a couple of small trades. Nice, Chris. Mine (looks like they're awarding some comp picks).
1.32 - Jaelan Phillips, DE. Phillips just fits KC so well and has so much upside. Plus, Mayfield, Marshall, and Toney were all gone at this point. Made it easier. 2.64 - Walker Little, DE. Little is a LT prospect who fits KC's style well. May need a little development but has first-round payoff potential. All the WR available here were midgets, so I pass. 3.95 - Tylan Wallace, WR. Wallace has X-style size and is a good separator with strong performances against elite players. 4.36 - Tyree Gillespie, S. His Alabama tape may get him drafted higher than this, but Gillespie is a physical, versatile S who would be a nice plug in for 2022. 5.175 - Austin Watkins, WR (UAB). A new name but one I stumbled across in highlight videos the other day. He's got nice size, a big catch radius and good hands, and runs good routes. Could be a real steal and there wasn't anything else interesting here. 5.176 - James Empey, C, BYU. Looking for another OL name. He's a center, little older as a BYU guy, but has some traits KC looks for in the middle. 5.180 - Trill Williams, CB, Syracuse. Has the size/length/versatility that works well in this scheme. 6.211 - Jamar Watson, DE, Kentucky. Versatile guy with some tools. |

I don't think Eichenberg lasts that long, but that'd be great.

Drake Jackson is absolutely a late round candidate for center.

Super happy with this one:
I traded back from #32 o #38 and picked up a third. KC 38. Jalen Mayfield OT Michigan trade icon Legit starting LT talent. KC 64. Rashad Weaver EDGE Pitt relentless, high motor pass rusher. Fits Spags' profile perfectly. KC 69. Josh Myers OC Ohio State trade icon Will he play center or guard? Doesn't matter. Good, smart player and immediate upgrade. KC 96. Nico Collins WR Michigan trade icon 6'4" 215 and fast. A big, physical reciever to take your #2 spot, vertical and redzone mismatch. KC 130. Drake Jackson OC Kentucky Will he play center? Will he play guard? See Josh Myers. Doesn't matter, either way a good player. KC 141. Camryn Bynum CB California trade icon Developmental CB to keep re-stocking the cupboard. KC 224. Marlon Williams WR UCF 6'0", 220, big bodied reciever. A little raw, but another match-up problem down the road. |

I took some trades back, and took a WR in the first just to see how it played out.
KC 32. Kadarius Toney WR Florida KC MORE TOYS for Andy. #2 receiver. 64. Liam Eichenberg OT Notre Dame KC plug and play LT starter they say, fundamentally sound and ready to go. 121. Payton Turner EDGE Houston trade icon KC Spags approved length and high motor pass rusher. 131. Jack Anderson OG Texas Tech KC perfect fit for a Reid OG. 152. Drake Jackson OC Kentucky trade icon KC Good Center prospect. 163. JaCoby Stevens S LSU KC At long last, a Dirty Dan upgrade. Big safety tailor made for the role. 175. Robert Rochell CB Central Arkansas trade icon KC developmental CB with Spags approved length 225. Lorenzo Neal DT Purdue excellent size and tools, could develop into a terror inside. |

So I was ****ing around and drafting as the Lions. Washington offered me #19 and a 1st round next year to move up to 7, so I took it. I’m sitting at #19 and the Chiefs offered me their 1st, 2nd and a 2nd next year for Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, LB out of Notre Dame.
Found it random and weird. |
