Grilled chicken, rice and sweet peas. Nothing special, but tasty.

I've continued the brussel sprout assault. Bacon, sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, red bell. I can eat that and have the shitz in 1 hour.

Chuck-eye steaks and mixed veggies.
Hard to know what’s a good deal on meat anymore and what I should pay for Chuck-eye but they were great. |

T-Bone Steak on the grill and a twice baked potatoe.
And some MOREL mushrooms, they were fantastic. |

Sam's had some really nice chuck roasts today for $4.98. Portion the chuck-eye and use the rest for hamburger or a slow roast.

Ate at the new "Station 7" (Martin City Brewing Company) location at Lake Lotawana this evening. I had appetizers for dinner, baked Brussels sprouts and rib tips, the wife had the salmon BLT, and the son had a pizza. All I can say is wow, that was some great food.
