Possibly, I'm not real familiar with Dell machines. Typically, it will be in the integrated peripherals area.

Does F1 simply bring you back to the error?

Have you tried F12 and then selecting the hard drive to boot from it?

If all else fails, determine the manufacturer of the drive, go to their site on another computer, download and burn a disc with their testing software on it. Boot from that using F12.
