No, that's not quite true. They can practice.
They just can't have more than 12
"cohorts" (libbies apparently don't know the word 'player' or 'teammate') on the field at a time.
So the libtards have suggested that they do virtual and/or mental reps.
They also suggested that instead of doing 11-on-11 drills, that they do 5-5 drills instead.
