I have a 1070 in my desktop and have been waiting a while to upgrade. Is the 3060 ti at $459 worth it?

Maybe this is a better question... I have about $650 in Amazon gift cards... what is the best card you would/could buy at that price point. I would also be willing to add a little to that if it was worth it.
