I didn't say to the end of the round. I said to the end of the draft. If the Chiefs were to be penalized their 3rd round pick, that would drop us from #95 overall to #257 overall for that pick.
ETA - I looked at a draft chart and it valued pick #95 at 120 points and pick #257 at 1 point.
