There is a place for 6'4 WR's that don't have elite long speed, just London has shown a lot more of the smooth short area quickness and just being reliable and knowing where to be than we've really ever seen from Ross. Like Drake London is a really good high point the ball receiver..Ross dunno.
The difference in a top 10 pick and a UDFA aside from serious injury is London has shown he can do those things Ross you're hoping he can.

Ross ran on a foot that needed a further surgery. It's reasonable to expect he's actually faster than that on two good feet.
I'm not saying he's a speed demon, but just pointing that out.
