It's definitely over the top but there's a line where I understand his thoughts. The last thing you want is a Russell Wilson situation where his personal coaches are taking up practice time and team facilities all while not making him any better as a player. If the "outsdider" was teachine something that Billy disagrees with I can see that being an issue.
