Now the plan is to go with #1, IDK and #2 IDK. They have not made up there mind yet, currently getting clindamycin and trimethoprim. From the talk of both doc's, this is what they will probably stay with the next 6 weeks.

I'm guessing MRSA, then? Vanc is first line against MRSA and Doxy has indications against MRSA, as do clinda and Bactrim (Trimethoprim + Sulfamethoxazole).
Best of luck with everything. One thing to watch out with if you're taking clindamycin is C. diff infection, because it wipes out your gut flora pretty substantially. If you start having a lot of really foul smelling diarrhea, that's the likely cause.
