Romo sounded incoherent when he said that. We’d remember a play that scored that many TDS. Reid wouldn’t put such a successful play on the shelf unless it quit working, and if NFL DC took 18 TDs before the could shut it down, it raises a whole ‘nother set of questions. Romo misunderstood something that he heard from Reid during the pregame interview and was too lazy to figure out what was actually said to him.
