This is because of all the dumb ****s on the east side of town not paying attention and still going to the places that are charging the higher prices. Costco and Sam's Club on the east side of town have gas at lower prices, but all the rich soccer moms on the east side will continue going to QT where they are charging 30-40 cents more a gallon. It is simple supply/demand and as long as people continue to fill up at the places charging the higher prices there is not incentive for them to match their competitors.
