Yeah, Travis is pretty much unstoppable. There are a handful of guys in the NFL in any given year or era that are just unstoppable, and Travis is one of them. There were times when TEN was devoting 3+ defenders to keeping an eye on Kelce, and he kept getting open. And then his elite RAC ability is just another level defenses can't do much about.
