Denver will have a first rd pick at that point but good LT’s are very difficult to find bc they aren’t available often. So Denver might be giving up more picks to trade up for one in the draft.
Denver not having a 1st rd pick or a 2nd next year is going to hurt. Paton has shown no signs of getting a difference maker after the early 2nd rd thus far.
It’s harder when well run teams like the Chiefs have tons of draft picks 2 years in a row and draft well. They also have Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes.

Denver has a top 5 GM and QB and are about to be purchased by a guy who has more $$$ than the rest of the owners combined. With the cap going up drastically in the next few years, Denver will be golden.
