This is absolutely correct, the Love situation was just the straw that broke the camel's back. The Packers should have informed Rodgers when they traded up that it was going to be to take a QB. By not doing so, it was just the culmination of a toxic situation that had been festering for years.
Rodgers is a diva, there's no question about that. However, he has carried this organization on his shoulders for years and made a lot of men very rich who don't deserve to be, quite frankly. A lot of people don't understand just how different the Packers are compared to most NFL teams. They basically run this city. The executives are treated like royalty, and it has completely gone to their heads. They've coasted for years because they've been guaranteed 10 wins having a QB like Favre and Rodgers all this time. They never do make that final push to ever get over the top, and that's Rodgers' biggest gripe, and he's 100% right about it.
