Only the Jags coaching and training staff know how close Tebow is to the numbers he put up at his combine. I don't think he would take on this challenge without doing serious hard work in preparation for his try out.
Until he's on the field running routes and catching passes, no one knows with absolute certainty how close he is to his peak physical abilities. I choose not to judge him without visual evidence of his football skills.
