He has some value in that he can run the ball and throw it. Kind of like a gadget player like we've seen with Taysom Hill. He's a great motivator and he might be able to mentor Lawrence some with him being a former 1st rd QB. He'll help with some hype for the Jags. Possible decoy on offense as well. Basically he'll only be able to contribute on the edges of the team.
The tricky part is him learning to block and catch. That seems far fetched but maybe he can do that some. He did impress coaches with his workout. The Jags def need another TE besides Tebow on their roster as they basically have nothing.
Tebow will either be a pre-season hype while doing nothing during the season or he'll help contribute in small ways. The Jags were a horrible team last year. They need all the help they can get.
