That's what I was thinking. If I'm Green Bay, I'm trading him while his stock is higher. Punishing him by doing nothing isn't helping the franchise moving forward. Him sitting creates a further distraction around the team.
I guess there is bargaining power since there's several teams that want him. But if nobody offers three first round picks, it'd be stupid for the Packers to just say no deal and sit him the entire season.
