Marvel comics has a very well known habit of resurrecting old characters. Nobody is ever really dead. There's lots of creative ways to bring characters back from an absolutely-for-sure-totally-dead-this-time state. It's happened countless times to the point it's a joke. But they've definitely been dropping hints that they're both still dead and simply being animated by Wanda, to the point that Wanda actually notices it briefly.
At this point, who knows...
