Waller was actually plucked from the Baltimore Ravens practice squad.
Ruggs didn't do much if anything at all. In his defense though he had no camp/pre season. It's hard enough to for WR to break out their rookie year. He has room to improve but is def not "A" anything. I thought Rookie WR Jefferson from the Vikings looked legit and he was the 4th or 5th WR taken.
Jacobs problems is Gruden is going to run him into the ground with how many carries he gets.
The Raiders are in a good position to improve and will have high expectations next year.
