Almond flour is keto approved. Obviously you can add what you like to them.
These are almond flour, eggs, baking powder, ground breakfast sausage, grated cheddar, and green onion.
Feel they have more of a cornbread texture so maybe better suited for savory over sweet iterations. Less spungy than a normal muffin, but delicious nonetheless. Plan to have one for lunch today.
