Are you not able to extrapolate numbers or something? I read that 65-70% of mortality cases are males. There are even more females that exist in the world by a slim margin. If the mortality rate of male + female 30-39 years is 0.002 - 0.003 we can make a reasonable assumption of the male rate....and that it is higher.
