Vancomycin IV for 6 weeks.
Also was on Rifampin during that 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks, I was on Rifampin and Doximycin for 6 months.
Now the plan is to go with #1, IDK and #2 IDK. They have not made up there mind yet, currently getting clindamycin and trimethoprim. From the talk of both doc's, this is what they will probably stay with the next 6 weeks.
